The aim of the ICT tool is to support elderly participants in the pilot sites to make lifestyle changes related to nutrition, exercise and physical activity, social interactions and stress management.

The ICT tool consists of an app, which will help the participant to improve their self-improvement and health promotion towards lifestyle changes through learning techniques of self – awareness that is “an attitude of being present with openness, without judgment”.

The app helps to set personalized goals, create an action plan and step out of comfort zone with respect to nutrition, exercise and physical activity, social interactions and stress management, thus achieving meaningful lifestyle changes, based on Mindfulness and Positive Psychology.
